We are proud of our brilliant people and working environment, so thank you for this feedback. We know that Farfetch is a fast-paced business, which keeps things exciting, but we want to make sure that we are providing the support our people need to manage this. Our Global People Development team provide both internal and external training and learning opportunities for Farfetchers to build new skills but this is an area we'll continue to focus on improving for the future.
