      Generally speaking, middle management does not have proper training and/or technical expertise.

      Thank you for your feedback. Promoting flexibility and a healthy work-life balance is really important to us, so we appreciate your positive comments. Regarding our management team, in 2019 we launched a Global Manager Training program to help equip our managers with the tools and skills they need to effectively manage their teams. This will continue to be a focus for us moving forward.

      The people and company culture used to be great.
