Terrible leadership, everything involves like hundreds of people to reach a conclusion that would be necessary 2 years of work to change a single variable on the system, bad project/product management, low salaries, poor benefits, no meals or desk available to everyone that is OBLIGATED to be in the office, no parking spots, stock bonus are a joke and HR team does not care about “be human” value. They are laying off a lot of people without telling the truth that the company is already broken.
