      Pros

      It was a good experience when I joined, nice people, good infrastructure.

      Cons

      There was a lot of bureaucracy for everything. There was a lot of information and scattered knowledge, which made it difficult to understand the process. And most importantly, there was no transparency in the company about what happened.
