It’s always challenging to ensure rapid growth is managed in the best way and we take a lot of pride in hiring exceptional Talent, even if it may take a little longer! As you’ve mentioned we could have managed this better so as we continue to grow we are developing a more robust headcount and workforce planning process to manage this – hopefully eliminating those growing pains!
