Pros
Farfetch was an exciting place to work, with very interesting projects and great opportunities to learn. The talent across teams was generally very strong, and the company culture—especially prior to the acquisition—was particularly positive and dynamic.
Cons
Post-acquisition, the culture lost some of its clarity and cohesion, which I believe affected overall motivation and engagement.
