Pros

Flexible working is excellent. The benefits are decent. Doesn't feel manic or toxic.

Cons

It feels a lot like Coupang are trying to make Farfetch just like them and its losing its good feeling.

Constant layoffs, rough customers at time, but nothing much more.

The people and company culture used to be great.

Cons

Company was sold and everything went down hill. No room for growth.
