Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible hours, attire, and interesting work drive the good things about working at Flowserve. The pay is at market level. Job security is fairly high even during a down oil and gas market.
Cons
Communications tend to be spotty, confusing, and poorly timed. Most company communications come out right at 5PM near the end of the week. Executive vision for the company is not getting through to the employees who need it the most. Morale is low in 2016 and that should be recognized.
