Business Outlook
Pros
Fair degree of independence and decision making latitude. Nice facility in corporate HQ and location is convenient. Business model is solid and industry has staying power (i.e., it's not going away) - Fluid motion control (pumps, valves and seals).
Cons
Politics seemed a bit heavy - lots of hush-hush talk. There always seemed to be something going on/scheming of one sort or another.
