-opportunities to meet executive leadership. -High Visibility. -Cohort of young college graduates that makes the work dynamic more fun. -opportunities for interesting projects
Cons
-Not really treated like adults (feels like babysitting sometimes). -Favoritism plays a big role in the program. This is a rotational program for 3 years, The favorites of the group get the locations they want. -Program image prioritized over personal career development. Personal career interests are hardly considered when you request a new location/project. Its more about what the program needs as opposed to what you want to learn -offboarding process is not yet fully developed and it can be stressful/uncertain
