      the salary is very low

      Cons

      The salary is low, there's constant micromanagement, and leadership is both poor and incompetent. There are no real growth opportunities unless you're a personal friend of management. It's a toxic environment with no real opportunities.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
