Great support during operations from supervisor Mohammed Al-Gendan and from Yazan amazing team, very cooperative, supportive, and positive. autonomy and ability to execute tasks based on my style of work.

Cons

I would love to advanse my experience and knowledge by taking a course and apply what I have learned in my work.

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

A lot of good people working here.

Cons

Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
