      Trabalho simples, Educação e Respeito no ambiente de trabalho, Contato com língua estrangeira (inglês), uso de pacote office e contato com a rotina administrativa e segurança na empresa. (O refeitório é ótimo também rs)

      Cons

      Trabalho fácil de ser realizado, e em volume okay, baixa demanda mas é necessário ter atenção aos detalhes.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
