      Pros

      Organisation global product strategy is great, salary on time, appraisals are decent compared to other competitors

      Cons

      Culture is very smb, unproffessional behavior, incompetent middle level management too many unnecessary layers.No heed to processes or compliances, hr is crippled with no power. Marketing engine is weak lacking funds, overall the company is big yet acts as a very mid size organsation there is a lack of abundance, large heartedness and employees dont feel they are working with/on/for premium or superior products. Mediocrity is too easily promoted leaving the top performers disstaified, company doesnt reward quality employees or treat them differently than the rest

      Leadership can be a bit confused sometimes, but they're really focused on your professional development Merit is well recognized

      Pros

      Solid, stable, predictable. Most people are out of the office by 4 or 5 pm. Life is easy and expectations are low.

      Cons

      Little support for marketing. Fortinet has too many products and too many product lines - and every product owner is fighting for attention of sales. The company is firmly wedded to it's hardware roots. Fortinet has not invested in internal systems. Reporting is awkard and cumbersome, and adaption on enterprise AI is still a long ways off. There are no women in senior roles.
