Pros

- extended vacation (more than anywhere I worked before) - company stocks and interesting stock purchase plan - location - not directly in the city center (15-20 min with bus/underground) so you won't loose time in traffic (plus it's 5 min to nearest metro station and 1min to nearest bus) - if you're good you get promoted... which is not that obvious at some other places - no night shifts etc - people you work with - salary is way above average - flexibility! need to go to a doctor with your kid or pick up a package from UPS? no worries (sorry for sounding like a vacuum cleaner commercial...) - unique learning experience - better be ready for being thrown in at the deep end at some point (fortunately you're covered just need to open your mouth and ask around if you feel lost)

Cons

I find it quite hard to find something that really disturbs me... coffee could be better maybe? Another thing that I personally may complain a bit about is that it's not a remote job (it's technically possible, the infrastructure is already there but you just have to show up at the office). No entertainment area (it's definitely not a googleplex) No shower (running during lunch break may be unpleasant... for your co-workers)

Pros

- On target OTE and uncapped commissions - Great overall work culture - A lot of cool Field marketing events - Ability to expense dinners, entertainment, gifts for clients - Great company vision and a broad security fabric portfolio with several third party validations for a well-known cybersecurity brand makes it easy to sell and be successful.

Cons

- New business quotas are the same for every seller at least on my team, who all have very different territories, some with more white space heavy accounts that can be much more challenging to hit quota compared to other territories. Quotas went up by 20% from previous year. - Too many internal systems to navigate - processes and sales enablement tools could be more efficient - You can be the top performer in your US sales segment, and still not make it to President's Club because of the way it's structured - competing against different segments and only top 3-4% get to go each year. Rewarding top performers in general is an area needing improvement in my opinion.
