Pros

It is the most competitive workplace I have ever come across. Be it technology, employee welfare, benefits, food, work culture, ambience or growth opportunities, it is the best and certainly a great place to work. Pros 1. Excellent work life balance. Like literally. 2. Cool colleagues - You call a name and people will be there to help you out. 3. Absolutely employee friendly. It follows a employee first policy. 4. Good insurance benefits on top of your CTC. 5. Pays very well if you are capable enough. 6. Excellent growth opportunities. 7. Smooth on-boarding and induction process. 8. Fun activities being conducted every now and then , to give breather to employees 9. Technology wise - it's one of the best security appliance maker on the world and remains competitive by providing timely updates and support for it's devices. 10. It has a series of product lines and a number of product and a very good integration of these products what makes it a market leader.

Cons

I really don't think there is anything which is bad about this company. It always exceeds your expectations and will surprise you in a better way. For some people who eye on-site opportunity, it might take a lot of time.

Pros

- On target OTE and uncapped commissions - Great overall work culture - A lot of cool Field marketing events - Ability to expense dinners, entertainment, gifts for clients - Great company vision and a broad security fabric portfolio with several third party validations for a well-known cybersecurity brand makes it easy to sell and be successful.

Cons

- New business quotas are the same for every seller at least on my team, who all have very different territories, some with more white space heavy accounts that can be much more challenging to hit quota compared to other territories. Quotas went up by 20% from previous year. - Too many internal systems to navigate - processes and sales enablement tools could be more efficient - You can be the top performer in your US sales segment, and still not make it to President's Club because of the way it's structured - competing against different segments and only top 3-4% get to go each year. Rewarding top performers in general is an area needing improvement in my opinion.
