Pros

- Supportive Management Team - Top security products in the market right now and learning Fortinet Tech. helps Your career Progression. - Fixed Time shifts. - Get the job here only if You are a fresher (most the employees are )

Cons

- You will have no free time (literally). You will eagerly wait for Your lunch break in first half the day and then End of the shift in second half. And You will mentally exhausted by EOD. - Pay is low particularly if You are experienced. They wont consider Your experience when offering the job. They have predefined salary number for L1, L2, L3 roles which are low for a Network Engineer with experience. - Get the job here only if You are a fresher (most the employees are ) or want to getting in to security field and get experience. - Other than above mentioned reason I wouldnt recommend this stressful job(particularly an L2 role, You will start looking for a new job once You start as L2). - I worked as both L1 and L2 for a while and it is too much pressure particularly for L2 roles.

Pros

- On target OTE and uncapped commissions - Great overall work culture - A lot of cool Field marketing events - Ability to expense dinners, entertainment, gifts for clients - Great company vision and a broad security fabric portfolio with several third party validations for a well-known cybersecurity brand makes it easy to sell and be successful.

Cons

- New business quotas are the same for every seller at least on my team, who all have very different territories, some with more white space heavy accounts that can be much more challenging to hit quota compared to other territories. Quotas went up by 20% from previous year. - Too many internal systems to navigate - processes and sales enablement tools could be more efficient - You can be the top performer in your US sales segment, and still not make it to President's Club because of the way it's structured - competing against different segments and only top 3-4% get to go each year. Rewarding top performers in general is an area needing improvement in my opinion.
