      Pros

      Benefits are good. Remote work is encouraged. Teams collaboration is strong, but not on senior management level.

      Cons

      Senior management do not believe in industry verticals, managing by conflict. Recent hired sales executives receive a not attainable quota, problematic accounts and don't have enough time to show results, most are fired in less than 1 year.

      Leadership can be a bit confused sometimes, but they're really focused on your professional development Merit is well recognized

      Pros

      Solid, stable, predictable. Most people are out of the office by 4 or 5 pm. Life is easy and expectations are low.

      Cons

      Little support for marketing. Fortinet has too many products and too many product lines - and every product owner is fighting for attention of sales. The company is firmly wedded to it's hardware roots. Fortinet has not invested in internal systems. Reporting is awkard and cumbersome, and adaption on enterprise AI is still a long ways off. There are no women in senior roles.
