Pros

Extensive paid training, decent benefits after 90 days, casual environment, meet plenty of new people. Many opportunities for bonuses. Got regular in depth feedback on performance.

Cons

The pay is terrible. You start at barely above minimun wage, for a job that other call centers pay $12/hr+. We were expected to be tech support specialists but barely get paid more than people flipping burgers. You will have to work weekends or evenings at least in the beginning.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
