Pros

Globally speaking, the company has many strengths and bold values. Processes are aimed to optimize costs and efficiency of operations. Work at Home initiatives demonstrate the company is aligned with today's tendencies and is looking forward to implement them, leveraging his segment to the next level.

Cons

Locally the company lacks strong leadership. Upper management is completely disconnected with global mindset. There is a lot of "Game of Thrones like" internal power struggles that make the business loose completely the sense o priorities. Every office in the region act as an independent kingdom, with his own set of beliefs, goals, allegiances and agendas. Although connected to a central ruler ship, there's is s strong "silo mindset" that is difficult to overcome.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
