Pros

None. Other agents are lovely usually though.

Cons

Poor management styles, forced hierarchy, stressful environment and being treated like a number, little to no real support, patronising attitudes and tones from management. Some managers are extremely micromanaging, chaotic and unclear. The tasks are boring and you are pushed to do 50 cases per day yet quality monitoring is vigorous and you will receive a note on every single minor and often subjective mistake you had made. The toxicity from the management side can absolutely ruin your mental health and self-esteem. Only work here if you are able to stay immune to negativity and criticism, avoid like plague if you care. Training programs are not great. You must use your own phone to log in, your own electricity at home, and every second going over of your break times is being monitored and commented on. If you are ill, you wont be paid and will get a disciplinary. Respect only goes one way. Truly the most horrific employment experience I have ever had.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
