Worldwide network - got to know really good freelancers and we are still in touch.
Cons
They ask internal employees to pretend they are clients, so they test your customer service. I had a leader who was a male chauvinist. I wasn't in a sales position and had to sell all the time instead of work focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
