      Money, which they want you to not make anymore!

      Cons

      Lay offs & they want 40% pay cuts to call you back & they want to break our labor contract that has 3 yrs left on it! Greed at it's finest from a Co. that's extremely profitable, but it's NEVER ENOUGH!
