- bureaucracy, bureaucracy ,bureaucracy it is crippling more than they normally should be, which limits the innovation and hinders sales
- Internal lobbies and politics were always there, but now with so many changes, it is affecting actual work on the ground, which is lowering the workforce moral and weakening the resolve
