Pros
Great pay and benefits compared to other companies for co-op, company takes care of its employees well. Was given much responsibility within the position and was rewarded with a pay raise half way through my rotation.
Cons
Company can be very demanding to work for at times, which makes it especially hard if you are working in a division that is a dieing business.
