      While GSK promotes a strong culture built on accountability, respect, inclusion, fairness, equity, well-being, and patient focus, there can be a noticeable gap between these values and their day-to-day implementation in certain local affiliates. This inconsistency can affect employee engagement, trust, well-being, and the overall workplace experience, creating a disconnect between the culture employees expect and the one they experience.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

      Cons

      re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
