Pros
With the acquisition of Novartis vaccines, GSK continues to be the market lead in vaccines. It's an exciting place to work with the new promising pipeline.
Cons
Onboarding process was rough and disorganized. Company is still working through integration of Novartis vaccines. Company recently closed its Cambridge, MA and Raleigh, NC sites in a move to reshuffle the org. Exec leadership is also worrisome with the CEO Andrew Witty stepping down next year.
