Pros
Great quality systems and a methodical way of working. Top management is really great and supportive with a vision, compassion and leadership that is so difficult to find in today's world.
Cons
But country responsibles need learning to adapt to the sensitivities of cultural differences. This level is only aware of europe and are failing miserably in RIC. There is too much of reliability on consultants and a strong bias towards color of skin.
