      Excellent benefits, salary commensurate with upper 10% within the industry.

      Cons

      Constantly changing environment, re-org's and restructuring of business units. GSK doesn't know if it wants to be an RX pharma company or consumer healthcare company, and as a result doesn't have the right infrastructure in place.
