Business Outlook
Pros
The people are great to work with. The pay and benefits are very good, with medical and prescription drug insurance being excellent. Work schedules are flexible, allowing for very good work-life balance.
Cons
There have been a lot of layoffs since I have been with the company, and the stress that comes with that is overwhelming at times. The work load is sometimes bordering on too much for the amount of people that are left, and management seems very reluctant to replace people who retire or otherwise leave voluntarily.
