      Pros

      Overall GSK seems a good place to work with the Barnard Castle site set in a beautiful location. Most people are really friendly and helpful. Also good share and pension scheme.

      Cons

      Poor pay compared to rest of site, unable to get holidays and time off when you want. Morale seems very low.
