      Corporate Mission is clear Corporation is totally aligned sales through to marketing through to clinical / R&D) Excellent training in marketing Fantastic dedicated people to work with

      Cons

      Compensation is not great (philosophy of it being a privilege to work for GSK) Huge organisation so can be difficult to be visible Huge organisation so has all the accompanying politics and maneuvering

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      Cons

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
