Excellent Quality management system from documentation and detailing aspects, mentoring relations are easily set up and maintained, strong relations with GSK house, good monitoring and control of KPIs, strong experience and beneficial career step, high pay better than most of the competition, flexible hours.
Cons
Bad colleagues relationships, lots of promotions for unqualified people, no entrepreneurship, training is internal and no external training
