Pros
I was there for 9 months on a consulting gig and I'm very proud of the work I did. The people were hard working and mostly dedicated to the wellness of their customers, helping others and creating great products.
Cons
GSK is a competitive company in a competitive industry. As such, while they do attract incredibly smart and telented people, some of them were overly ambitious and focused entirely on advancing their careers at the expense of their subordinates. It was only a few people, but they were definitely not team players.
