Pros
Despite terrible managment and career development, there are many quality people who work there. They provide the only sanity, day to day.
Cons
Constant Change. Since 2006, my group has been through 3 major reorgs& over 50% reduction in staff. If we are good at anything, it is managing reorgs. If a drug is actually discoverd by GSK, its pure luck!
