Pros
None unless you are a woman or a minority or really, really good at being a butt kisser. You'll have it made if these things apply to you. If you hit the trifecta you'll be on the Executive Board in no time even though you probably have the intellect of a Turkey.
Cons
Everything, GSK goes out of it's way for DEI and will pay the price eventually. It's long been a lagging company with stupid ideas and stupid management, but they are really pushing to have the most incompetent workforce in the pharmaceutical industry.
