      Good support from manager within regulatory, someone is always willing to help out or offer advice.

      Cons

      Decisions made primarily by commercial organization and therefore are driven by the revenue which can be generated, not the science / patient need, despite communication of the latter. Lots of politics at leadership level means the ego of individuals also plays a huge part in decisions and the messaging around these.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
