      Pros

      The company is willing to offer working visa sponsorship which is great. Then the company also provides valuable intern opportunity.

      Cons

      I think it may be better if the company spends more time communicating with interns and shows more about the culture of the whole company. And pay a little more.

      - Get exposure to the industry - Genuinely had some great and fun days there - Meet some interesting people and make some friends - You're not designing banner ads somewhere

      - Extra political - Monetization driven to the core - March of death during crunch time
