Pros
- Good entry level positions - Salaries are not bad comparing to other Localization companies - Friendly atmosphere, very nice collegue and international environment - Working on very different projects - At least in Loc teams, no crunch time or overtimes
Cons
- No real career advancement opportunities. You can stay stuck at the same position for years, especially in the Loc department - Poor communication between the teams - Salary raises are very low - Morale is low - Low quality products - No CAT tool!
