      Pros

      High polished games, good people in all studios.

      Cons

      Worst top management. MASSIVE overtime. This happens on ALL projects and lasts for months - most of this because of top management changing major parts of the game.

      - Get exposure to the industry - Genuinely had some great and fun days there - Meet some interesting people and make some friends - You're not designing banner ads somewhere

      - Extra political - Monetization driven to the core - March of death during crunch time
