      Pros

      Easy to get hired and start game dev career.

      Cons

      Management is pretty bad, all the orders come from france and you can't give any input on decisions or push back against unreasonable deadlines. Salary is very much on the low side.

      - Get exposure to the industry - Genuinely had some great and fun days there - Meet some interesting people and make some friends - You're not designing banner ads somewhere

      - Extra political - Monetization driven to the core - March of death during crunch time
