Pros
Work from home was allowed for certain offices, some people could transfer offices, but those benefits were given based on who they liked
Cons
HQ rarely communicates with other teams. Goals and KPIs would come out of nowhere and often unattainable and unrealistic. Layoffs were done poorly, no organization to the chaos at all. Extremely unsure what anyone's roles were. Often there were redundant roles that did nothing
