      - awesome team - super interesting projects -great location - flexible working hours and home office

      Cons

      - the salary unfortunately was super low, for QA it is half of the standard for the sector and nearly the minimal wage for the country 😕 if it was normal I was going to stay in the company till pension

      - Get exposure to the industry - Genuinely had some great and fun days there - Meet some interesting people and make some friends - You're not designing banner ads somewhere

      - Extra political - Monetization driven to the core - March of death during crunch time
