Pros
Company works to provide work life balance. There is an opportunity to rotate through jobs in a given function. If you are mobile there is opportunity to transfer to other businesses/countries (return plans are not good).
Cons
There has been a lot of change at the CEO level over the past 6-7 years. The business receives a lot of "oversight" from the parent company in Switzerland this causes many issues including a loss of speed to market.
