Good benefits, Excellent people who are passionate about doing anything for Baby.
Cons
Decisions are short term in nature and despite that, bonus payouts have been terrible for 5 consecutive years. Swiss team is very in the weeds and often a derailer in driving strategy as they are not able to see the forest from the trees.
