      Good Pay. Supersvisors and lower salary employees are wonderful.

      Cons

      Not a very good attendance policy at all considering this is a company based around families. Nestle is consistently taking our lines and jobs. Layoffs are becoming the norm.

      Pros

      Good salary, paternity, parent bonding leave is wonderful, 401k, vacation, etc

      Cons

      Maintaining a work/life balance was difficult due to being forced in on days off or forced over after your shift. Training was kinda throwing you in and hoping you get it. Short term layoffs can feel unpredictable sometimes. It feels like there's a divide between company and union employees.
