      The people on the floor are very good at what they do and deserve more respect from management

      Cons

      This place has a terrible work environment. They treat the people on the floor like second class citizens. Every contract renewal there is a pay cut through loss of wages ,vacation pay reduced, or some other means

      Pros

      Good salary, paternity, parent bonding leave is wonderful, 401k, vacation, etc

      Cons

      Maintaining a work/life balance was difficult due to being forced in on days off or forced over after your shift. Training was kinda throwing you in and hoping you get it. Short term layoffs can feel unpredictable sometimes. It feels like there's a divide between company and union employees.
