Pros
Gerber was very good to employees in terms of HR support and benefits. The organization was undergoing a lot of change while I was there and despite the push to be successful, efforts to maintain people, protect them from Covid-19 and keep morale up were really good.
Cons
Priorities changed a lot, which were not necessarily a fault of the leadership. This made it hard to hit personal targets as projects constantly changed.
