Pros
Alternative schedule is wonderful along with comp time. If you work a holiday you get two comp days but can’t tell HR per my supervisor.
Cons
HR digs thru report to try and fire unfavorable people. Pulling their badge times, Going thru their FMLA days and accusing them of not handling in paperwork when people have two days to do it. A lot of bullying and HR unwillingness to do anything about it. HR sharing private information with people outside of HR and it getting on the factory floor. Management and HR saying they will support you but not answering the phones or giving you an answer. Constant layoffs with no warning and cannot get a guarantee check.
