      Easy to get lost in coasting mode forever. Hard to progress career. Target can be hard to attain.

      -Lightyears ahead of technology you may not have even known existed -No other company can match the benefits -They care about you - you become their family and they become yours

      Cons

      -Somewhat reluctant to make organizational changes that simply must be made. You were carefully selected to join Google. I know it pains them greatly to have cut talent.
